Abstract
Surface acoustic wave (SAW) devices with focused interdigital transducers (FIDT) were explored for precise particle manipulation. The work covers in vitro characterization (frequency response & particle behaviour) and in vivo demonstrations in zebrafish embryos, discussing feasibility and limitations for biomedical applications.
